2. Build Cost Benchmarking

We benchmark your vision against real Inner West projects we've delivered and current trade and material pricing. You'll receive an informed cost range based on your brief — not an off-the-shelf estimate.

3. Tiered Scope Options

You’ll receive 2–3 scope tiers (e.g. lock-up stage, mid-tier, full turnkey) to help you make informed decisions. We break down what’s included, what’s not, and where you can save or stage works.

4. Fixtures & Finishes Matrix

Our visual guide shows how material and fixture choices impact the bottom line. From aluminium vs. timber doors to flooring types and lighting allowances, this matrix helps you prioritise what matters most.
