  • A referral is considered valid if the referred individual confirms their details via email.

  • A "qualified lead" must meet the following criteria:

    • Planning to start building or renovating within the next 12 months.

    • The project must have a value of $100,000 or more.

    • The lead must be located within the Sydney Metropolitan area.

  • Participants receive one entry for each confirmed referral.

  • Participants can earn an additional single entry by liking our Instagram page.

  • There is no limit on the number of entries; however, each referral must be confirmed and meet the qualified lead criteria.

  • The referred person must confirm their details via email for the entry to be included in the prize draw.

5. Giveaway Period

  • The giveaway begins on 15/09/2024 at 00:00:00 AEST and ends on 15/10/2024 at 23:59:59 AEST.

  • All entries must be received by the closing date and time.

6. Prize Details

  • The prize is a gift card for a 7-course tasting menu at Sixpenny restaurant in Stanmore, NSW, valued at $500.

  • Sixpenny is not affiliated with, associated with, or a partner in this giveaway. The prize is provided solely by HXD as a gift card to Sixpenny.

  • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

  • The winner will be drawn randomly from the pool of valid entries and announced on 31/10/2024 at 10:00 AM AEST.

  • The winner will be notified via email and announced on our Instagram page.

7. Prize Draw

  • The prize draw will take place on 31/10/2024 at 10:00 AM (AEST).

  • The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries received during the giveaway period.

  • The winner will be contacted via the email provided at the time of entry. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited, and a new winner may be drawn.

8. General Conditions

  • The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet the terms and conditions or that appears to manipulate the entry process.
