Ben Baker has been a cornerstone of the HXD team for nearly a decade and now leads the on-site team as foreman. He’s responsible for coordinating trades, managing day-to-day site operations, and ensuring each stage of the build meets HXD’s exacting standards.

Ben’s leadership style is hands-on and collaborative. He leads by example, setting a high bar for quality while keeping the team motivated and focused, even on challenging projects. His ability to solve problems quickly and maintain momentum on-site is a big part of why HXD projects run so smoothly.
